Celebrate Autumn -

A Texas sized harvest will delight those young and young at heart!

 

The GREAT Fall Harvest Festival takes place at all Calloway’s and Cornelius Nursery garden centers on Saturday, October 6 beginning at 9 AM.  Enjoy Texas garden centers filled with pumpkins, gourds, cornstalks, hay bales and colorful Fall flowers. Bring your family and friends to welcome Fall.  Enjoy pumpkins, plants and lots of family fun!

 

  • Visit The Great Pumpkin Patch! Mounds of carving pumpkins, unique gourds, Indian corn and bales of hay.
  • Photograph your child in the Picture Takin' Place, at the Field of Flowers or at the Story Telling House.
  • See hungry "Monster" plants in the Carnivorous Plants area.
  • Choose a character from the Scarecrow Village.
  • Shop the old-time Farmer's Market and enjoy the Flavors of Fall...
    • Calloway's Pumpkin Butter. This special treat has been deliciously described as “liquid gingerbread” and is a must-have for the holidays!
    • Pumpkin Spice Coffee. Savor the rich, robust flavors of Autumn with this custom-blended coffee.
    • Pumpkin Seeds. Enjoy the delicately nutty flavor of roasted and salted pumpkin seeds!

 FREE Children's Activities!

 Let your children take part in gleeful pumpkin decorating. We give each child a free pie pumpkin and decorative materials.

  • Watch children dig in and plant seeds or flowers in Plant a Pal, Pot a Pansy and Grow a Salad Bowl stations!
  • Let your children use imagination in the Chalk Garden, or hear a tale at the Story Telling House.
